The apartment at PRADOGOLF offers families and golfers the opportunity to enjoy a varied holiday with
beautiful unspoilt beaches and traditional Spanish hospitality just minutes away
    Rental Conditions

    1. Terms

    Changeover day is normally Saturday during high season and for a full week’s booking.  During other
    seasons, changeover and rental duration can be discussed to meet your needs.  The apartment
    should be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and change of laundry
    for incoming guests.  Arrival time at the apartment should be organised from 5:00pm onwards.
    On final payment, arrangements for handover of keys and general directions will be given.

    The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and during the middle weekend, should
    you be staying for two weeks.  Bed linen and towels will also be changed mid way through a two week
    stay.  Please let us know if the standard of cleaning is not satisfactory, our aim is to make your stay
    as comfortable as possible.

    Bed linen and towels are for the express use inside the apartment and are included in your rental rate
    along with all utilities.  Please bring your own beach towels for use at the complex pool and beach.

    2. Payment

    A deposit of 20% of the rental is required at reservation; confirmation of the booking will be given on
    receipt of funds, at which time the contract will be deemed to have been made.  Payment methods will
    be discussed at the time of reservation.  The balance will be requested 4 weeks prior to the start of
    your holiday, please ensure you allow sufficient time for your final payment to clear prior to
    commencement.  Keys will not be handed over without receipt of cleared funds.

    3. Cancellation by You

    Should you be forced to cancel your holiday, please inform us in writing as soon as possible.  The
    cancellation is effective from the date we receive notification.  The deposit WILL be forfeited.

    4. Cancellation by owner

    Where “force majeure” arises, we have the right to cancel your booking and will REFUND all monies
    in full.

    5. Owners Liability

    No liability is accepted for any injury, loss or damage to guests and/or their belongings, damage by or
    to any third party for damage to any motor vehicle or it’s contents.  The owner cannot accept liability
    or pay compensation for happenings beyond their control, such as breakdown of domestic appliances
    or plumbing, every effort will be made to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

    6. Number of Guests

    Your party should not be in excess of the numbers stated in the booking.  Should you exceed the
    numbers stated you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.  The owner reserves the right to
    refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.  In addition, the owner has the right to refuse
    entry/booking from any guests who may, in the owner’s opinion, be unsuitable for the property.

    7. Pets

    We regret that NO pets are allowed.

    8. Smoking

    In the interest of safety and to ensure the enjoyment of others we request that you do NOT smoke
    inside the apartment.

    9. Hirer’s Responsibility

    The hirer is responsible for taking care of the property during their stay.  All equipment and contents
    must be left clean and tidy on departure, with the exception of linen and towels to be laundered.  The
    property must be securely locked when you are out and care taken not to expose the property to any
    fire risks.

    10. Damage

    Any damage / breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and should be reported to the owner and
    local key holder immediately.
